Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Advenexus ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Game. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Advenexus. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Game and make purchases.

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

• You must provide a unique username, password, and 6-digit PIN
• Usernames must be 2-20 characters and contain only letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens
• You may not impersonate others or use offensive usernames
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and PIN
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account

User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other players
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
• Spamming chat or commands
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools (except the official Huntbot feature)
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Game
• Sharing or selling accounts
• Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items outside official channels
• Scamming or defrauding other players
• Impersonating staff or moderators
• Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content

Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the Game. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion without prior notice.

Virtual Currency and Purchases

In-Game Currency

The Game features multiple virtual currencies:

• Coins: Earned through gameplay
• Animal Gems: Earned by sacrificing animals
• Tower Tokens: Earned from Tower Dungeon
• Cash: Premium currency purchased with real money

Real Money Purchases

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made from your account
• Payment processing is handled by Flutterwave; their terms also apply

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for virtual currency or items. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or unauthorized transactions. Contact support within 48 hours of the transaction to request a refund review.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content in the Game, including but not limited to:

• Game mechanics, code, and software
• Graphics, animations, and visual assets
• Text, dialogue, and descriptions
• The Advenexus name, logo, and branding

...are owned by Advenexus or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

When you upload content (profile pictures, stickers, chat messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Game. You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you upload.

Game Modifications and Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time
• Change game balance, mechanics, or economy
• Add or remove features, items, or content
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Reset or rollback game data in case of critical bugs or exploits

We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes, but we are not obligated to provide compensation for changes or downtime.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVENEXUS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Game
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Loss of virtual items or currency
• Bugs, errors, or technical issues
• Actions of other players

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advenexus and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• At our discretion for operational reasons

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated virtual items and currency. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria and resolved in Nigerian courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advenexus regarding your use of the Game.
